Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with UNPAiR. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping rates, delivery estimates, and order processing work for purchases made through our online store.

Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Domestic shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States.

Standard shipping
Standard shipping is $8.00 for orders under $100.00. Standard shipping is free for orders of $100.00 or more. Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.

Express shipping
Express shipping is available for $15.00. Estimated delivery time for express shipping is 1–2 business days after the order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. UNPAiR is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at unpairjewelry@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.

International shipping
International shipping may be available depending on destination and carrier availability. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout when available.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. UNPAiR is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
